- Select and indicate criteria for community selection or specify specific communities you are most interested in.
- We’ll determine your must haves, wants and needs in your next home and revisit these throughout the process to ensure we are always on the same page
- I will educate you on the current home buying process including pre-qualification, searching for homes, writing offers, inspections, time of the essense clauses, contract deadlines, appraisal, surveys and the closing process.
- We will review the ideal home, your must haves and community criteria and reconcile that with the mortgage qualification if necessary.
- I will search the MLS and other sources available to me in order to prepare a list of candidate properties, send you listing notifications of homes that possibly meet your criteria that are active and available for showings.
- I will provide you with my website for your browsing on the go so you have the most accurate active listings on the market.
- I will set up appointments and confirm showings of the selected homes that interest you.
- I will review prospective home selections with you and provide disclosure information when available before scheduling appointment for viewing.
The remaining plan of action will depend upon our success with the initial list of candidate properties.
We will either proceed to the offer process if we find the right home during our initial search, or continue to monitor the market in the event that we were unable to find the right home from those currently available for sale that meet your criteria.
We may evaluate additional communities and criteria throughout the home search if needed.
